BoutaByte and its operators cannot be held accountable for any loss of data. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of any important data, content, or configurations stored on the platform. We recommend regularly exporting your data.

All purchases are final and are considered donations to the development of the BoutaByte platform. These donations support the ongoing development and eventual public release of BB3.0—a version of BoutaByte that others can self-host similar to WordPress, but for websites, webapps, and automations.
ℹ️ What Payment Guarantees
Payment only guarantees the creation of a user account under the tier that was purchased. It does not guarantee any specific features, uptime, support level, or future functionality. Feature availability depends on the current state of platform development.

BoutaByte uses third-party services including Supabase for database and authentication, payment processors for transactions, and may integrate with other services. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
5. Contributor Content
If you participate in the Contributor Program, content you submit may be displayed publicly on the platform. By submitting content, you grant BoutaByte the right to display, distribute, and promote your contributions. You retain ownership of your original content.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting us in writing at info@boutabyte.com. Note that some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes, and data loss during the development phase may occur without notice.
